Help me to pay off the rest of my top surgery

Hi! I'm Nova (they/he) and I am non-binary transmasc.

I had a bilateral mastectomy(top surgery) in June 2023, and I have been paying off the £12,000 fee in monthly instalments of £392.87, ever since.

I also pay privately for Testosterone, this costs around £40 every 3 months.

My GP will not do my bloods, so I have to pay privately for these as well, these

are around £100.

I have just over £5000 left to pay, but life has taken a turn recently. My nan, who basically raised me, passed away after a 5 year long battle with cancer, and I am now living with only her partner, who is currently making living in the same house as him, very uncomfortable.

I have a little financial support in the form of my platonic wife, Sparky.

Who has brought my T before, and has helped pay for/or buy me food/necessities, when I have not been able to afford them.

I work full time as a prescription clerk, but I am only on minimum wage, which as I'm sure many are aware, can only go so far.

Every little helps, I would just really appreciate any help at all.
