My name is Jake Kampner and I pledge to bike & run 128 miles (64 bike/64 run) from Williamtown Massachusetts to Boston Children’s Hospital in June 2024. I will raise funds on Declan's behalf for the Jimmy Fund & Bostons Children's Hospital to create awareness of Medulloblastoma and other rare pediatric cancers.

Bobby Lyons provided constant support for me both in the classroom and on the lacrosse field. Our relationship has grown into a friendship after graduating college and entering the work force a few years ago.

Now it’s my time to support Bobby and his family including his wife Sarah, daughter Mallory, brother Kellen and twin brother
