Declan Brian Haldane Smiths (Peanut) funeral

Hi, my names Paul. I'm Declans big brother. I write this asking for any help anybody would like to offer in Declans name toward his funeral cost and to help give him one last final goodbye. Those who know him know he was failed by so many people. He never stood a chance. His family, social work even me, let that boy down. One last chance I've got to not let him down and give him the final fairwell he deserves down so please any help anybody it willing to offer would be very appreciated.
