Timothy DeClaire passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, July 19th. He was married to Victoria DeClaire and they shared four children together Emma, Alice, Maya, and Caylee. Currently Victoria is trying to figure a way to move forward for the sake of their four daughters. Any financial help would be appreciated to help cover the cost of the funeral.
