Debut Music Video for Fletchy Boy (Wrong Role)
Donation protected
Hello beautiful people!
For the past 5 years I have been working tirelessly on my music, combining my background in classical piano and RnB with inspiration taken from city’s thriving electronic/club scene. You may have seen me performing from my balcony as Fletchy Boy during COVID, or soundtracking the sunset live at Tempelhof, and I finally feel ready to turn things up a gear and share some music with you all.
I appreciate the world is a cruel, sad and scary place right now, and more than ever we need to stick together in solidarity. I also know a lot of people are donating money to charities across the globe, and sharing the little spare they have to help those in need. As well as growing and developing as an artist, I want to try and give something back, perform live as much as possible, and provide some relief in these bleak times. I have been raising money from my live shows, and saving up enough for the next phase of my musical journey.
Why am I here, telling you this? Because I’ve assembled a team of fierce, budding creative talents—and we want to craft a symphony of sight and sound that will ignite your senses. Picture this: director (Anastasia Veber, winner of the Berlinale Golden Bear for Best Short Film, 2021), DoP Larius Kieninge, VFX artist Alexander Chuikov, Art director Timna Tomisa, and producer Albina Maks stitching together a magical music video for my debut single WRONG ROLE. We have just one goal: to share something beautiful with all of you.
WRONG ROLE isn’t just a song—it reflects my own personal journey to self, to living and creating authentically beyond the noise. It’s about the constant societal pressure to bend, break, and re-mould ourselves to fit different roles, agendas, personalities. I hope you enjoy!! If you’ve ever enjoyed my music or danced at a gig, we’d massively appreciate your support in reaching our goal. Every little helps. As mentioned, I have raised a considerable amount myself already, but we need to some help to push us over the line and make this all possible. So we don’t sound completely tone deaf in these dark, it's important to mention will all be working for free, and any funds we raise will be going on equipment, crew, insurance, and renting location spaces.
Thank you endlessly,
