Deb's West-to-East part 2
On Thurs 2nd June 22, I shall be starting my 8 day run from Southwold (Suffolk) to Stourport-on-Severn to complete my West-to-East challenge. Unfortunately, last June 21 due to injury I was unable to complete my challenge, so this year it’s my ambition to go and finish it.
I will be supporting Diabetes UK in the honour of my brother Lee who is a type 1 diabetic. He was diagnosed at the age of 11 years old with no idea what the condition was and how the condition occurred.
This would be a great way to raise awareness for those who have recently been diagnosed alongside family/friends who live with the person who has diabetes.
No matter how big or small, every donation counts and can provide better care, support and advice to people leading them to manage their diabetes well and as well as saving peoples lives.
