Yesterday our mom passed away unexpectedly. We are very shocked and still processing. Many people have offered their support or begun to send flowers. We appreciate all support, but in lieu of gifts to our family either now or for the memorial service, we instead offer the suggestion for donations to her favorite place in the entire world: Peterkin Summer Camp of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia. We are hoping to start a scholarship fund in her name, and dedicate a rocking chair on the front porch of her favorite building.
