Debbie's "Home Again" Fund
As of 02/16/18, Debbie, our dear sister and friend, is recovering from an intense hospital visit with some anticipated changes in her living conditions. Once discharged home, she will need full-time care and/or monitoring on a daily basis.
Debbie’s children are looking to make some changes in her home environment, installing grab bars where needed and replacing her existing tub with a handicap accessible shower. She will also need other equipment to accommodate her needs; for example – a hospital bed, a wheelchair ramp, and a scooter or walker of sorts.
Debbie’s eldest daughter, Katie, has recieved estimates on the bathroom renovation and hospital bed with special mattress to aid in her recovery. All of her children are ready to get these changes started as soon as possible. Debbie’s anticipated discharge date is in about 2 weeks, so time is of the essence.
If you find it in your heart to help this family out financially, I know that they will be more than grateful and you will be blessed for it.
Of course, any willing hands to join in this project would be greatly appreciated also.
Thank you in advance for caring for our sister Debbie and her family!
