My name is René Fisher and I’m the daughter of Debbie Fisher. My mother is a 100% disabled army veteran w/ extreme paranoid schizophrenia and has been under the neglectful care and monetarily taken advantage of by her “caretaker”

The guarantor has isolated my mother to her house and her room in Lawrenceville GA for over 6 YEARS while majority of her relatives live up north and I live in Maryland.

Abraham legally named, DAKOURI GUEZE received guarantorship under illegal actions and perjury in the year of 2021. Due to the fact I had zero support , neither emotional or financial, for several years I have had to be on the outside of knowing the state of my mother, while being able to do nothing about it, not being able to receive updates about her health and wellbeing or have any say on what her treatment should be. Abraham has willfully left me out of all knowledge on her standing from her home to her debts to if she is even taking her medication.

he waits until my mom is near death, and then gets her taken away in handcuffs to various hospitals without ever knowing where she is until they transfer her to the VA.

This grand ask is to support me getting a legal team for the transfer of gurantorship , as well as support in selling her home. Finances will be used to get a rental to travel back and forth to the courthouse and get around Lawrenceville GA while clean and declutter the home. It will also support me hiring help to clear out the home and movers.

I am not sure how quickly the transfer of gurantorship will be and I want to take swift action while she still is able to receive her benefits.

It is an immediate need that I have sought so many times and I have zero support.

Abraham’s health has been declining and he has taken advantage of my mom’s finances by paying for his hospital visits and dialysis with my mother’s disability payments. He has been uncooperative and numerous times when my mother has been hospitalized, set the house on fire, or has gone missing he doesn’t notify or even tell me until I call and ask to speak with her.

He has let her live with mold and unsafe housing conditions until I escalated the issue. My mother should be in the care of someone who loves her . I know too much time has passed, sometimes she doesn’t even recognize me. Sometimes even though she knows my voice she’s tells me I’m not her daughter and it’s been so hard. but I believe her being with me will help her. I am who she needs. I’ve begged my relatives on my mother’s side and none of them have done anything. I’ve worked so hard to try make my life better so that I could finally take care of her and I can’t do anything until I get the financial support to fix this.
