Hi my name is Patti and I am fundraising for a good friend of mine who has been struggling to make ends meet every since her husband passed away a few years ago. She immediately sold their home to pay bills and stay afloat. Up

until August she had been working when and wherever she can to make ends meet. She has been diagnosed with osteoporosis and has fractures in her back and is in severe pain all of the time. She was scheduled for surgery two weeks ago but it was canceled because insurance will not pay until she goes through a series of shots every day and wearing a back brace. Due to the medication they have her on she is not supposed to drive so therefore she can’t work.

she is 3 months behind on her rent and using what little social security she gets to pay her electric bill and her phone and what little groceries she can afford.

I know we are all struggling right now but any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Debbie would never ask anyone for money, but I don’t want this woman to end up homeless. She has been a great friend to the Staunton River wrestling family and the Golden Eagle’s football team in years past. Let’s show her her community cares about her the way she has cared about others.
