Debbie Smith: Battling Stage 4 Cancer

My name is Lisa, and I am trying to help raise money to help my friend raise money for his mother Debbie Smith. She has been battling stage 4 lung cancer and has been out of work due to the complications that come along with it. She needs help with everyday expenses as you can imagine she has lost significant amount of income. He is holding a fundraiser for her on Jan 28th and I would LOVE to be able to show up with a sizeable donation to help alleviate her worries. Please help me, help them. We all know it takes a village to support one another and it would make a massive difference for their family. Below is a little excerpt of her current journey. Please join us for a benefit to celebrate the life my mother, Debbie Smith! Doreen and I are hosting a fundraiser on January 28th. Tickets are $20 per person ahead of time, and $25 at the door. We’re trying to help her raise some money since she’s been out of work and off unemployment battling a grueling stage 4 lung cancer, while trying to heal her broken bones damaged by the cancer. She’s had a rough couple of months with no income, and very little mobility, not to mention it’s been a lonely and stressful road. We still have a very long road ahead of us but my mom is ready for the fight. I know she would really appreciate you to be there, as it’s uncertain when the next time she’ll be able to have all her family and friends together so it would really mean a lot if you could help. Hopefully we can raise enough so she can take a little trip and enjoy herself as well.
