Debbie Gendron's Cancer Donation

Debbie Gendron is from Walhalla ND, 7 miles from the Canadian border. During a doctor visit in Cavelier for back pain she was sent to Altru ER where she and her husband Vince eventually got the news that she has stage 4 Cancer. She had an extended 6 day stay in the Hospital running all sorts of tests. The resulting diagnosis was Adenocarcinoma that they believe started in her lung and has since metastasized to her arm and spine. The cancer in her spine is believed to be the main reason she has partial paralysis in her lower extremities, since it is putting pressure on her spinal cord. Debbie has gone through 5 rounds of radiation on her spine with hopes to get some feeling back in her lower parts of her body. As of December 1st she has started her first round of chemo. Debbie is lucky to have Vince, their 2 daughters (Kayla & Amanda) and family beside her through this difficult time. We are looking for donations to help with not only medical bills but also gas and hotel stays. Vince also has had to take a lot of time from work to take care of and be with Debbie on this difficult journey.
