Hi, my name is Asta. I wanted to create a go fund me with our family, friends, loved ones, etc to honour and celebrate our beautiful, courageous, outspoken, formidable, out of this world, Debbie Davidson. As most know, nan Deb worked her butt off to provide, to support, to teach and to lead. She worked until her very last moments, she showed her talents, her passion, her devotion and loyalty, she loved loudly, joked harder until her very last moments. As most could agree she left a massive mark on everyone’s hearts throughout her journey and made an imprint so big nobody could ever forget or replace. She’s the blueprint, the glue to our family and we want to honour her in the best possible way we can in these circumstances. She deserves nothing but the best especially in this time and I’d like for us all to come together to make that happen. I want to take the opportunity to take full responsibility for putting this together so her children and partner can grieve in their own ways. I’d like to give my nan, my best friend, OUR best friend the right send off, do it properly and I’d appreciate it more than life to see others be apart of this to make her funeral as warming, comfortable and beautiful as we can for DEB. She deserves the world and I want to honour her in the best way we can, anything goes a long way and we appreciate even the smallest of sacrifices.
