Debbie Casey Fund
Donation protected
Hello All,
Debbie Casey, a wonderful mother, family member and friend to many, struggled with medical issues related to contraction of the rare Eastern Equine Encephalitis for the past 10 months; she finally succumbed to them a couple of weeks ago.
Many of you donated to support Debbie during her struggle and we, her family, cannot thank you enough for that. Because of your generosity we were able to make sure that all avenues of medical recovery were open to my mom. While the fight was ultimately unsuccessful, it gives me great comfort knowing we did not leave any stone unturned in her care and attempted recovery.
I have decided to continue this fund a little longer to capture any donations (in lieu of flowers) that people might want to give. The funds will be donated to a couple of animal welfare charities close to my mother's heart along with a donation to an encephalitis support and recovery group that I had some correspondence with in hopes that mom would make enough of a medical recovery to need the resources and services of their organization.
We thank you kindly for any donations and all of your generosity thought this ordeal.
Kindest Regards,
Brian Casey
