Debbie Donnelly ❤️
Donazione protetta
I'm writing in hopes that we can help ease the financial burden my dear friend and her family are currently faced with as they grieve the sudden loss of their last surviving parent and beloved Mother, Debora Donnelly.
Debbie was diagnosed in May of 2022 with stage 4 lung cancer and was unable to return to work. For the last 6 months she underwent several treatments involving chemotherapy, radiation, blood transfusions, and others. The family remained hopeful that these treatments were working to shrink the cancer masses and that her mental strength would compensate for her physical fatigue which followed with each treatment.
Everyone who was fortunate to know Debbie knows that she was selfless and generous towards anyone in need. She was always active and positive, ready to take on the day along with any challenges that came her way. She always ensured her friends and family that she will continue to fight this battle and that "cancer has nothing on me!" She just asked for patience and understanding while her body was fighting and healing, and never asked for anything in return.
Debbie fought that long and difficult battle up until recently, when on December 9th she suffered a set of mini strokes which left her speechless and paralyzed on the right side. The Donnelly family did everything they could to aid in their mothers’ recovery, but ultimately her body and mind became too weak to carry on the fight.
Dennis, Rose & Anna are extremely grateful for the outpouring of love and support provided by friends and family at this time. They were raised to never ask for help and have always been known to help everyone around them, just like Debbie.
It would go a long way if you are able to help provide any amount of monetary support. All proceeds will go to alleviating the financial stress faced in the aftermath of their family loss, to cover medical expenses and proper memorials.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We sincerely appreciate it, along with your thoughts and prayers.
