My name is Kaci Greenfield, and I am a volunteer with a long-standing, non-profit youth club based in South Yorkshire. Our organisation has supported local children and young people for approximately 30 years, operating under various names including Gr8m8s, Old Pit Youth, and most recently the Hickelton Youth Project.

Our youth club is entirely volunteer-led, with all those involved giving their time and skills purely for the benefit of the children and families in our community. We provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where young people can socialise, develop confidence, and take part in positive activities.

Historically, we have sustained our work through community fundraising, organising seasonal fairs throughout the year, including Christmas, Easter, and Summer events. However, the ongoing cost-of-living crisis has placed significant financial pressure on both the families we support and our ability to fundraise effectively.

We are now seeking both short-term and long-term financial support to ensure the continuation of our services. Donations will help us cover essential running costs, maintain activities for young people, and secure the future of the youth club for the community we proudly serve.
