Our family adopted luna when she was a pup. We have been raising her to be as healthy and happy as possible. This is my first puppy after waiting many years for the right time and place to raise a puppy. She has been well taken care of by feeding only raw meat , poultry and daily excersize. Never would have thought that a rare fungal infection called Aspergillosis would put her life in jeopardy . So far i have spent aprox $4000 in xrays , bloodwork and biopsy to confirm this illness. Xray shows evidence of infection eating at her nasal bone. Bloodwork confirmed diagnosis. Soon will spread other parts of body including her brain if she doesn’t get proper treatment which includes catscans and drilling multiple holes in her skull to introduce proper medication. I cannot afford such treatment. She is having very hard time keeping all her pills down which has very low success rate anyway. Im at a loss and out of options. If you can please donate any amount will help our family. Please! I feel time is running out and she is only getting worse. She is not happy anymore and I cannot watch her go down like this.
