Dear Girl: The Debut Album by Abigail Campbell

After writing songs for over 10 years, I am so excited and grateful to be releasing my first solo, full-length album: Dear Girl. The album will be hitting streaming services early 2020.
Over the last year, 10 of my original songs have been created and are ready to be distributed. Each song has been written by me, recorded and produced by John Mark Nelson , mixed by Matt Patrick , and mastered by Greg Reierson .
Dear Girl started as the title to a song I wrote for my daughter. A song to give her permission to be everything she is and was and will be.
As the album evolved, it became clear that this message was embedded throughout the entire record. And it was a message that was for more than just her. It was for you, and me, and anyone who longs to embrace exactly where they are at.
I needed to write these songs for myself; to give space to my story. And now I want to give them to you, with the hope that they will create space for you and your story.

I've always wanted my own music to move me in a deep way. I want to create the unexpected that leaves me craving more. Because that's what makes me go search and seek within myself. Discover what unexpected and moving things are within me. And that is my hope for this project for you, too. That it will move you to seek out what unexpected and moving things are within you.
