Deano Needs Our Help
Our friend Dean was in a horrible
accident in November of 2011.
Deans spinal cord was severed leaving
him paralyzed from the waist down.
Dean didn’t allow the accident to keep
him down for long. He’s been self
sufficient in new ways, worked, held a job and driven a specially equipped truck.
January of this year Deans shoulder
dislocated because of the wear and tear over the years lifting his wheelchair into the truck. In June he had surgery to
repair the rotator cuff and he’s on a great road to recovery, however he can no
longer rely on his shoulder to lift the wheelchair in the truck and has had to purchase a specially equipped van that allows
him to enter the vehicle and then utilize a transfer chair. Dean has borrowed the
funds so that he can get back to work
sooner than later (he’s already missed
9 months of work/pay). He’s been cleared to go back to work as soon as his job puts him back on the schedule.
We know 2020 has been different and
we know that not everyone may be able
to help. With Covid restrictions still in
place we didn’t feel like we could
properly hold an event,
WOULD YOU PLEASE CONSIDER
HELPING OUR FRIEND GET BACK TO
SOME NORMALCY AND TO WORK.
NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL.
Dean, Kevin, and I thank you in advance
for your generosity and consideration.
