DeAnna Harper-Terry and family suffered significant flooding in their home & car as a result of Hurricane Harvey.
Kids who feel a loss during a catastrophic event want to feel secure and want their old life back.... they want their toys, clothes, shoes, books and other precious things they no longer have, in this case, due to flooding. DeAnna is no different and her loss is great. Many people ask what they can do to help during this difficult time. We set up this GoFundMe account to help this family get back on their feet and return to a "normal" life so they can avoid further disruptions, especially since school is starting!! Our daughter Annie goes to school with DeAnna. They just started Second Grade. DeAnna's father, Major, has been an active parent at the school and has coached basketball. The funds raised will help this family with their immediate needs.
