Deandre's Medical Bills

Hi, friends. As some of you may have heard, my best friend and roommate, Deandre Smith, has had a recent health scare.  About a week ago, he was suddenly unable to stomach foods or liquids, suffered from an extremely high fever, experienced excruciating pain and was unable to walk. He took himself to the ER, where he was told his kidneys were failing and his heart was not beating properly.  He was also malnourished from being unable to eat for over a week. Deandre has been under the care of the amazing doctors and nurses in the ER and ICU at Northside Hospital. He is progressing day by day and will hopefully be released from the hospital soon. Due to the pandemic and unemployment, Deandre no longer has health insurance to help cover the medical bills from this sudden, inexplicable incident. I am asking my friends and family, as well as the many loved ones in Deandre's life, to help raise some money to cover his expenses. If you are able, he would be forever grateful for even the smallest donation. I thank you all in advance and also ask for prayers and good vibes to aid in Deandre's recovery. If you know Deandre, you know that he never misses a beat and he is always full of warmth, fun and laughter.
