In memory of Dean Wayne VanAlstyne Jr

Dean “DJ” VanAlstyne is best remembered as a fun loving, caring father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and good friend to many. His life was a very short 40 years, but in those years he touched more lives, helped more people and made a difference for all that had a chance to spend a moment with him. He could make you laugh, teach you something new, add life to any get together and bring sunshine to anyone’s day. This man would give the shirt off of his back if he knew anyone needed help.

DJ, also know as Uncle Momo, loved his nieces and nephew with all of his heart. He lit up when he was around them and always said yes when they asked to sit on a motorcycle. When he became a dad we were all got to see this man become the most amazing father to his boy. He loved his boy like no other. If you were in DJ’s life you probably became his brother, his sister too because he loved all. Ride on brother. You left too soon but your memories will live forever.
