Support Dean’s 2025–26 Karate Journey

Hi everyone, my name is Dean. I’m a multi-time Irish National Karate Champion and proud member of the Irish National Team. Karate has been my passion since childhood, and it has shaped me both as an athlete and as a person.

The 2025–26 season is one of the biggest of my career, with a packed calendar of high-level international competitions where I’ll represent Ireland:

• Budapest Open – September 2025

• Karate 1 Series A, Malaysia – October 2025

• Irish Open – October 2025

• Paris World Championship Qualifier – October 2025

• World Championships, Cairo – November 2025 (qualification pending)

• Karate 1 Series A, Tbilisi – January 2026

• Karate 1 Series A, Spain – April 2026

• European Championships, Frankfurt – May 2026

Alongside these events, I’ll be attending elite training camps across Europe to prepare for the highest level of competition.

This season is particularly meaningful for me. After navigating setbacks and challenges in recent years, I’ve committed myself to rebuilding stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My goal is to perform with pride, to inspire younger Irish athletes, and to push myself further than ever before on the international stage.
