Dean Edward Welch
Fly high Dean
It amazes me how I can sit here and think of all the good things that describe Dean. I can hear the words, see his smile and even hear his laughter. But, trying to write it out is so unbelievably difficult. No words are good enough, nothing.
Dean had the biggest heart of any person I knew. He took friends in as family and stood firm to his beliefs. He was reliable, honest and worked hard his whole life. He was the guy you could call for anything and he’d never expected anything in return. He held his friends close and his family closer.
Dean was the favorite uncle, the baby brother and a true, steadfast friend. His absence will forever leave a mark in the hearts of those that knew him.
As Deans family is still trying to recover from the loss of his sister in March of this year, they are now faced with additional hardships and overwhelming heartache.
Dean had attempted to purchase a life insurance policy but, was rejected due to diabetes. Deans family had hoped to lay him rest in Jacksonville next to his beloved mother.
Services have not been planned just yet, as Deans earthly body has its final task to complete with donating much needed organs to those who need them most.
I know Dean would never approve of this, however, we can all help to lighten the load his family has to carry.
Maryann, Tammy, Roland, Crystal, Kelly, Ryan, Christina and John…..Dean was an amazing man and, they say, a family makes the man.
