Dean "Bravo" Mippy

I am creating this to help a dear friend who is not yet able to bring herself write this.

Her brother, Dean, sadly and needlessly passed away at the age of 38 on 11 December last year after not receiving the support he needed from the Western Australian mental health system.

Dean was a lively, loving man who leaves behind a young son, Dwayne. The memory of his vivacious spirit will live long in those that knew him,

The pain and hurt of their loss is compounded by having to ask for help for the funeral, so any contribution would be greatly appreciated no matter how small.

Our aim is to both give Dean a proper farewell, as well as bringing some attention to what went wrong so that other families can avoid the pain at losing a loved one when more could have been done.
