My mam got diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago and it has had a big effect on my own mental health. For the month of July I’m going to be pushing myself to run a few miles every day I will put a pound a mile myself into the pot and kindly ask for any donations/sponsors to try and raise money for men’s mental health and breast cancer charities.
