DeAgo’s cancer fight to recovery

Hello All, my name is Ashley Menchego and it is with a heavy heart we tell a little of our story. My 8 yr old Son DeAgo was diagnosed with liver cancer specifically “Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma” and started chemotherapy on Friday October 20th 2023. He has been in the hospital since October 8th 2023 and I have been by his side since. With the extensive and aggressive treatment he will be undergoing my husband and I were given a strong recommendation for one of us to stop working to be able to be with DeAgo every step of the way. Cancer has no prejudice ………rich or poor, educated or not, religious or spiritual, man or woman, young or old cancer will come. This go fund me will help with all expenses related to the care and attention of DeAgo. This is only one of several options and recommendations we were directed to. Without ever expecting such a huge life changing event to occur, my husband and I have always been able to care for our family without strain. This isn’t the easiest thing for us to do to reach out for help but this time we have agreed we need all the help we can get. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
