Deaf family stranded in Europe and need go home

What was supposed to be a dream road trip turned into a nightmare with Indie Campers. I was charged as a customer but treated like an unpaid employee—constantly troubleshooting their broken vehicles instead of enjoying a vacation. Every van I received was unfit for purpose: broken parts, electrical failures, engine warnings, and no parts available for repair. I had to change vans twice, hop between shops and depots, and ended up stranded in Malmö for five days instead of one. Despite clearly explaining the issues, they dismissed me until a mechanic finally confirmed exactly what I’d said from the beginning. Their roadside assistance was painfully slow—I waited a full day for help during an emergency, with no support in sight. I got sick, went days without safe shelter, and now they’re lending me another van temporarily, expecting me to switch again soon. Meanwhile, they’ve changed my booking multiple times and I now fear hidden fees. I was supposed to save money by cooking, but due to constant instability I’ve had to eat out, pushing me far over budget. Indie Campers refused to let me use my own insurance, and my credit card policy doesn’t cover these kinds of trip interruptions. I’m a Deaf single mother of two, currently between jobs, and I simply can’t afford this. I now need to cut the trip short and pay for new flights out of pocket—but I need help to make that possible.
