Deadpool 2 -FundRAISING THE ROOF

As most of you may know, my Nana passed away with stage 4 cancer of the pancreas earlier this year. Following this unfortunate event, I was fuelled with the desire to make a difference with regard to combating this vicious disease. 

I decided I want to host a fundraiser, a movie night to be specific - the proceeds of which go to University of Canberra Cancer Research Fund. I nominated the movie Deadpool 2 because not only is it a personal favourite, the premise of the first film was the protagonist gaining superhero strength through an attempt of curing his cancer gone wrong. Actor/producer of the film Ryan Reynolds is also a strong advocate in terms of his initiatives to combat cancer and those affected by it.

The 13th of June is locked in for a 6pm event. 

I have arranged with Hoyts Westfield Belconnen to get y’all tickets at a nifty price of $12! (all of which is  exclusively  for the movie)

The main purpose of the event of course is supporting UC Cancer Research Fund in their endeavours to combat cancer so if you could make a donation in in addition to the $12,  however big or small - it would be muchly appreciated. 

A good cause, a hot deal on Deadpool 2 and the company of yours truly  - who can say no?
