Dead Land - Zombie Short Film

I’ve been making movies since I was eight years old, and on every project since the first one, they’ve been created with my friends, family and community. Making a film is a community effort. In the 15 years I’ve been putting my ideas in front of a camera, I’ve always relied on the support of people I know to turn those dreams into a reality.


I’m asking for money because I’m making a short zombie film that will be key to creating a series with a major network or streaming service.  This short film isn’t your run of the mill zombie flick. It’s told from the perspective of a documentary film crew, and explores political themes of the moment. The film is called Dead Land and tells the stories of three people struggling against the odds to keep their humanity in a world overrun by the undead.

I have brought together an amazing group of filmmaker friends who are all bringing their unique skills to the table to make this happen.

We have 2/3rds of the costs covered, the ball is rolling and the movie is going made, we just need this $3000 to pay for the rental of essential pieces of equipment, food for the cast and crew and travel expenses. I know this has been said before, but every single dollar truly helps.
