In Memory of Deacon Gregory (Eric Jewett) Fund
This week (August 27th), Deacon Gregory (Eric) Jewett and family received the news that no one wants to hear. After weeks of strange symptoms and discomfort, they discover that his health is at risk.
Initial results show that he most likely has stage 4 colon cancer that has also impacted his liver.
While this is the most unsettling news for anyone, the Jewett family is some of the most loved people in our community and abroad. They are the family who always comes alongside anyone who is struggling in any way. That's just who they are.
We will be posting health updates on this fund page to keep everyone informed while giving the most peace to them.
So while they spend all their energy, time, and resources to combat this illness head on, it's our turn to take care of them by making the path clear for them to fully pursue a road to recovery.
Rather than bringing meals or visiting in person, they are wanting to keep this time as peaceful and family-oriented as possible.
Deacon is also restricted to a very strict and complicated diet, so instead, this is the best opportunity to support and bless them during this time of treatment and healing.
Please donate to this Support Fund to help with all of the healing costs, such as:
- organic produce
- supplements
- specialist care
- intensive treatments
- flights to visit colon cancer specialists
This is a great way to help them take the weight off of worrying about funds, and give them peace to know that they can aggressively pursue any path of healing . . . with cost not being any form of inhibitor.
