On Sunday, October 25, 2015 Jason Tolentino at the age of 42 years old passed away unexpectedly. He is survived by a loving wife Geraldine (Raldy) Dela Cruz Tolentino, only child Ezekiel, his mother Mona Tolentino and others whose lives Jason touched.
