Please Help Nick Guzman

Hello everyone.

We are seeking help for Nick Guzman who was in a horrifying and life changing motorcycle accident. He was traveling in Reedley CA when he collided with a truck and was ejected from his motorcycle. He currently has been transferred to San Jose CA and is in the ICU. Nick will be receiving intensive treatment and receiving many surgeries on his arms, legs, and pelvis. This being said , he will be laid up in the hospital for a very long time. We appreciate you reading through this and any help you can give us. Anything helps.
