In June 2018 my brother Kyle was rushed to the hospital experiencing abdominal pain. Later that night he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Our world changed from that day. We couldn’t believe what was happening. In just a few short days he went through surgery to remove the cancerous testicle but that was not the end of it. We found out that there was also a tumor that was very large in size. And the cancer also was not just in one place. It was starting to grow into other parts of the body. 

As he started chemo there were more complications on the way. From pneumonia to now a serious blood clot so large in his leg that he is unable to walk. Its been nonstop in an out of hospitals. Both my mother and I have been doing everything to take care of Kyle. We both have been in and out of work to take him to every single appointment to every emergency that we come across. It has not been easy at all. We are both having to take numerous days off to help him through this rough time. We are doing everything that we can to help him through this tough time in his life.

He is still not in the clear, still has more chemo to do with radiation to follow. Hes been in the hospital for a week now waiting for this massive blood clot to clear up, but as days are going by there hasn’t been any progress. He’s in constant pain and suffering. It kills to see him go through this. Everyday I wish I could take his place to take the pain away.
