I’m Charlie,
A 19 years old transgender male living in the Uk. I've decided to start this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for my top surgery. It's a really important step for me in my journey towards self-acceptance and living authentically.
Unfortunately, I don't have the financial means to cover the costs fully on my own, and after being on Testosterone for over a year, I feel like this is my next step within my gender transition.
I started HRT privately with GenderGP in 2022, in which I had been prescribed Testosterone. Mentally, testosterone has helped me to massively alleviate feelings of my body/gender dysphoria and bring a sense of alignment within myself. It boosted my self-confidence massively, alongside improving my mood, and overall mental well-being.
Coming out as Transgender saved my life but also put me through some struggles. However I know I needed to be my true authentic self, in which I know undergoing this gender affirming surgery will help massively.
