It is with a heavy heart we let you know Adam Lujan Ortiz Jr unexpectedly passed away on 08/11/21.

We would love for you to join us on Wednesday August 18th 4-6 pm viewing 7pm celebration of life. Thursday 08/19/21 10am both to take place at Community Life Apostolic Church 180 Williams Rd, Salinas Ca 93905. Final rest will be at Garden of Memories.

A repast will take place back at the church social hall.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help us during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking moment. We kindly ask, if you are able to, to donate funds towards the funeral service. Donations can be made here and or to Alta Vista Mortuary or directly to the family via Venmo, Zelle, or as you should desire. (Any additional monetary donations will be put into a trust for his two children Lil Adam & Aleena)
