Support Needed for Medical Expenses

This summer, I started having some medical issues. During that time, they began running a lot of lab work and found out I am very anemic. My labs aren’t all covered by insurance and are very expensive. I have to pay 20 percent, and the insurance company pays 80 percent, but they run a full panel each time. I also have to start having iron infusions, which are not fully covered either. The bills are starting to come in from those labs, and I have more to come, along with more testing and MRIs still yet to come. So far labs around around 2,000.

I also found out I needed to have my wisdom teeth out ASAP as I began having nerve pain in my face. I have been on seziure medication since than 3 times a day, which has made the nerve pain go away but didn’t solve the issue. So that requires oral surgery, which I have on 11/19/2025, and I’m still not sure what insurance is covering. Up front I’m paying 300.

On Dec 16, I will have a full hysterectomy because of pre-cancer cells. They are removing all things as I carry the BRCA2 gene. I also a suppose to pay 1,700 the day of surgery again which I don’t have.

Along with my property taxes in Dec, and Christmas which I’m usually done shopping for but haven’t really started yet because of all these other expenses.

With all these added-on items, I could use some help with these extra expenses. I usually do all this on my own and have since becoming a single parent in 2017, but it’s just too many things at once. The testing is also still continuing. I have an endoscopy and colonoscopy Dec 8th. And more tests, and labs still pending. The Dr has yet to figure out the cause of the anemia. They think once I have the hysterectomy the anemia may go away but I still have several MRIs I’ve yet to get and finish. They don’t seem to know why my body isn’t absorbing the iron, and where it’s going.

If you feel like helping me out, it would be great; if not, that’s okay as well. The cost of all things lately is crazy, so don’t feel you have to but if you want to I would appreciate it. I usually figure it out on my own but it’s been too much plus I haven’t felt well since July. Next week I have a second iron infusion which again isn’t fully covered by insurance as well.
