Please help my friend who was scammed.

Hi, my name is Justin Ho, usually I have these fundraising campaigns to help raise money for a film I'm trying to make...  This time it is not about a film, and it is not for me.  I'm here asking for your help on behalf of my good friend Giulia Rustichini.  Tuesday November 10th she was scammed out of $3000. 

Giulia has already been going through a lot of stress and anxiety with personal and financial issues.  The scammers managed to get to her when she was at her most vulnerable.  They were very convincing introducing themselves as an official government authority, claiming that Giulia's bank account was in danger, and directed her into putting her money into a bitcoin machine.  With this type of scam there is no way she’s able to get the money back.  Again Giulia was already going through so much in her life, getting a call about a major issue with her bank account was only adding to the stress.  Unfortunately it was too late when she realized she was scammed.  She’s looking to move back home to Italy in December and now no longer has the money needed to travel safely with her pets.  She also doesn’t has any money for rent and to pay for the medical attention that her birds need.  She'll need as much money as possibly by December 11th to help ensure her rent and travel. 

Giulia is such a lovely caring person, it breaks my heart so much to see her go through all this pain, and to be scammed like this!  She’s always been there for me helping me through my dark moments.  Please help her out in any way you can!  Thanks so very much!
