Deborah Alvino's Medical Fund

Donation protected
Hello everyone.  My name is Yolie Hernandez, and I am a friend and colleague of Deborah Alvino.  This fund is being established to help support Deborah and her family during a medical crisis. Deborah has been diagnosed with a brain stem tumor. The type and location of the tumor are extremely rare.  Deborah will be undergoing surgery at Stanford for its removal on April 25.

Deborah works as an independent contractor at a job which offers no paid sick leave.  Presently, she is the sole provider for her husband, Gino, and their two children, Dalton and Chandler.  Gino was recently injured in an automobile accident and is currently unable to work.

The money raised at this site will be used by Deborah and her family to help offset her medical bills and household expenses during the time spent recuperating. Deborah will be in ICU at Stanford for three days following surgery and has been advised by her doctor that the standard period of recovery following this procedure is one month.

As many of you know, Deborah is a very kind-hearted loving individual.  She has flown to the rescue of others in need and works extremely hard to do her best always, for everyone.  It is my prayer that in her time of need, we will return the favor by doing our best for her and her family.   Please be assured that any amount donated will be happily received, that no amount is too small, and that every prayer you can offer for Deborah and her family is deeply appreciated. Donations may be made in your name or anonymously, with a receipt sent directly to your e-mail.

Thank you for your generosity and support of my dear friend.
