Hi I’m Maddy, Hector’s Cuban sister! Two days after his birthday this summer Hector went to the ER thinking he was having worsening asthma symptoms and side effects to the medication.  We were taken by surprise and devastated with the most terrible news.. Cancer.   Two days after being admitted, it was confirmed, Hector was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer which was metastasized in the liver.  You never expect a healthy 41 year old to receive such dreadful news.  We were taken by surprise but not our God in whom we are praying and expecting a miracle.  Many people have reached out wanting to help out Hector and his family.  As the holidays are approaching, medical expenses and the cost life continue to incur.  We can be a blessing to my brother and his beautiful family.
