Hi, my name is Kelsey Ebarb-Rembold, and I am Dana and Troy Mader’s niece. I am creating this Go Fund Me on behalf of my Aunt and Uncle. I am hopeful you will help our family in any way you are able.

Unexpectedly, Troy passed away on Saturday night. Our hearts are devastated and we are trying to make sense of it all.

For those of you who know Dana and Troy, they are each other’s best friend. They called each other “Bird” and loved each other so, so much. Troy made Dana laugh on a daily basis, if not hourly. He always had a story to tell. He was a Veteran, a hard worker, and the best dad. He was full of so much love, life, and charisma.

Our goal is to take Troy home to Iowa to have his service with his wife, parents, family, and friends. We know this is where he would want to be. No matter what amount you can give, anything helps. Thank you for reading and for donating. Your donation means more than you know.

*Update - thank you for everyone who has donated to help us get Troy home. After talking with the funeral home today, we have met our goal to get Troy back home.
