John Worden passed away on July 26, 2014 at the age of 54. He spent endless hours working on waterski sites to facilitate amateur and professional water ski events.
We will carry on his legacy of teaching others with the John Worden Educational Fund. Our mission is to support and carry on the development and education of technical controllers and surveyors to support water ski site development, tournaments, and ski site expansion. We will accomplish this by holding on-lake training clinics where anyone who has an interest in learning the valuable skills of a technical controller can participate and use the technical equipment.
