Support Ron's Battle Against Bladder Cancer
Donation protected
Hello, My name is Ron. Over the past two to three years life has delt us a pretty rough hand. 1st was skin cancer on my neck then last year I had a major vision issue as a result of Radiation Retinopathy. We have been doing our best with getting those bills taken care of without going hungry and nearly becoming homeless. Now we have a new card. I was just diagnosed with early stage, High grade bladder cancer. It was described as "abnormal" meaning that the cells are growing rapidly and out of controll. The tumor is situated inside an outward pertruding bubble called a Diverticulum and has not yet invaded the surrounding organs outside my bladder. I was given two options to attack this tumor. 1. Complete removal of my bladder or 2. Chemotheropy 《Chemo》 for a couple of months and the removal of the bubble and tumor. This option allows me to keep my bladder and not have an external pee bag. I'm going for option 2. Good news is the Chemo can be done here in the Valley but the surgury has to be done in Spokane WA due to the severity of this particular cancer growth.
I will be missing some work for treatment, travel for the visits to Spokane for the surgury and recovery. There is no way we will be able to cover all of the expenses that are about to be added on to us. We have a long road ahead of us and We would appreciate any support you can offer as these next few months are going to be financially stressful and emotionally taxing.
