Help Saif's family to safety in Gaza!

Hi there, my name is Khadija. I have been approached by Saifeddin in Gaza. He and his family have made the hardest decision ever and are trying to get to Egypt safely. I can verify Saifeddins story and the accuracy of his situation through a close friend in Khan Younis.

This is Saif’s message to you:

Dear reader,

I hope this message finds you well.

With heavy heart for assistance during the incredibly difficult time since I am writing to you from a place of great hardship and needs. So I would be immensely grateful if you could spare a moment to consider my plea.

I understand the weight of asking for help, especially given your own experiences, but I find myself in a position where I have no other option.

The recent war in Gaza has had a devastating impact on my family and me. Our city has become unlivable due to the destruction caused by the bombings, resulting in the loss of our home, educational opportunities, jobs and most importantly; the sense of safety that we once took for granted has also been shattered.

My family, A family of 4, SaifEddin 22yo, my mother Mona 51yo, my sister Shatha 25yo, and my brother Jasser 23yo, desperately desire to leave this place to start new, free from the trauma and hardships that we have endured. We estimate that we will need $22000 to make this fresh start. Mentioning that we have managed to gather half of the required amount, which serves us a small beacon of hope amidst these trying circumstances.

It is important for me to mention that I already raised 10000€ and 12000€ remained, we will not use this money for personal expenses; rather, it will be solely allocated towards securing a safe and stable future for my family. Which evacuation from the Gaza Strip to Egypt by crossing the Rafah border cost between ($5000 /person).
