Many of you know me as White Yardie the comedian but before all that, I am Harry.

Hurricane Mellisa has devastated my beloved hometown of Black River, Jamaica.

This is more than just a place on the map — it’s where I grew up, where I went to school, where I was baptised, and where so many of my memories were made.

Seeing the destruction and the pain that the people of Black River are facing right now breaks my heart. Homes have been destroyed, families displaced, and many are left with nothing. This town shaped me into the person I am today, and I can’t stand by and watch it struggle alone.

I want to do everything I possibly can to help restore this beautiful town — to help rebuild homes, support families in need, and bring hope back to a place that has given me and so many others so much love over the years.
