Believer’s Club - Short Film
Donation protected
Believer’s Club is a heartfelt short film about five friends who share more than just a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Together, they’ve built a world, both imagined and real. When their Dungeon Master Max breaks the group’s one rule—no dating within the party—the balance of their friendship is put to the test. Can love survive when the rules say it shouldn’t? And can the group survive when the lines between game and reality start to blur?
At its core, Believer’s Club is a story about the power of found family, the fragility of friendship, and what it means to believe in something, whether it’s a shared fantasy world or each other. This film celebrates the magic, messiness, and meaning of tabletop games, and the people who gather around them.
It’s script selected for the 2024 Phoenixville Film Festival, Believer’s Club blends comedy, drama, and a touch of fantasy to explore how love and loyalty collide when the dice are down. We’re raising funds to bring this world to life and would be honored to have your support!
