DC MPD RETIRED OFFICER IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE

Retired DC MPD Officer Robert “Bob” Dowd recently suffered a debilitating stroke leaving him unable to perform the work that he loves and has devoted his life to. He is now in recovery and at home, however his needed and lifesaving air transport to the hospital cost may not be covered by insurance and his need for handicap improvements to his home have caused an unanticipated burden at this time.
We ask all that Bob has helped or provided for in the past consider helping him in his time of need and ease the burden and remove the worries for his family so that he and the family can concentrate on his recovery.
