Haiti Missions Trip~

As a mom, Ive waited until i felt it was the right time to encourage the kids to be Gods hands and feet in another country.  As someone who has been blessed to have experienced a missions trip to Guatemala years ago , I know firsthand it is life changing and its impossible to return the same person you left.  I understand their are many oppertunities to help those less fortunate withouttraveling across the world to do so, and please believe me~ we do that also!  But to experience first hand the type of poverty that the Haitian people live in is far beyond the grasp of many of us Americans. We look forward to walking along side others as we serve Gods people in Haiti.  We will be there June 7-14TH.  The final payment is due by May 27th.  We will be working in 4 main areas~ they include: Mother Teresa's Sisters of charity orphanage, Mother Teresa's dying and destitute hospital, an at risk childrens center and a school in the slum of Port Au Prince.  We will also be blessed to be able to attend part of a church worship in the Haitian Community.
There is NO WAY to come home UNCHANGED from a trip like this.  The kids are at an age that this will make such a huge impact on their life and their future.  Please help if you are able~ even if not monetary~ prayers are so welcome!!!
