Raad Appeal- Help Build a Masjid

‎بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

~ In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, The Most Merciful ~

‎اِنّا لِلّهِ وَاِنّا اِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُون

~ Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we will all return ~

With extreme pain and difficulty we announce the death of Raad Asmael; a beloved husband, father and son.

In the late hours of 22/11/ 2024, Raads life was snatched from him, Allah yerhamo, leaving behind his wife and 3 year old son.

May Allah forgive his short comings, and grant him Jannatul Firdaws.

Raad was the true definition of a man and a leader. He could be going through a million things but prioritise you instead and never show an ounce of struggle.

A magnet that everyone was attracted to, whether his morals and character captivated a person or his positive safe aura that made everyone feel invited. He would drop every thing in anyone's time of need, he was a loving father, husband, son, uncle and sibling. There aren't enough words to describe Raads character, but the impact of his loss gives a small insight to how wonderful of a person he truly was.

A man that can never be replicated.

May Allah reunite us with our Palestinian lion again,

I am fundraising in my husbands name to build a masjid for him. May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant patience in the hearts of our family. May Allah let him smell the fragrance of Jannah and reunite him with his loved ones. 

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: " Whoever builds a masjid for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise"' (Bukhari and Muslim)
