DBPD widow Jazmin Olsen-Coulter

Ofc. Thomas Coulter was a police officer with the Daytona Beach Police Department, it was his dream and he was able to accomplish this dream with the loving support of his new, beautiful bride Jazmin. Thomas very unexpectedly passed away Monday May 21st. Jazmin had just enrolled into medical school to pursue her dream of one day becoming a doctor. Unfortunately with the passing of her husband, finances are going to be tough and possibly put her dream on hold. Jazmin’s  promise to her husband before he passed was that she would someday become a doctor. I am trying to raise money for her so that she may continue with her dream and achieve her promise to her husband Ofc. Thomas Coulter. Any help for our Blue family would be greatly appreciated.
